What I do.

A green mid-century modern armchair with wooden armrests, a striped pillow, placed on a cream-colored rug, next to small round side tables with vases and decorative objects against a dark gray wall.
  • I work with individuals, couples and families navigating conflict, relational rupture, identity shifts, parenting challenges, and life transitions.

The goal is simple but powerful: to transform disconnection into connection, so families lead, communicate, and relate in ways that feel safe, meaningful, and resilient.

  • I train clinicians, organizations, leadership teams, and community leaders in relational approaches to leadership, culture-building, and systems change.

Whether I’m speaking to therapists, nonprofit boards, schools, or corporate teams, the principle is the same: connection is the intervention - the key to stronger leadership, healthier teams, and more resilient organizations.

Let’s work together.

Whether you’re a family navigating conflict, a clinician seeking guidance, a nonprofit team building stronger culture, or a leadership group facing high-stakes challenges, I can help.

Through therapy, training, and consultation, we focus on restoring trust, strengthening communication, and cultivating connection — because connection is the intervention.

  • For individuals and families: rebuild relationships, repair rupture, and find belonging in the places that hurt the most.

  • For organizations and leaders: reduce conflict, build cultures of belonging, and navigate challenge with clarity and resilience.

Every engagement is grounded in practical strategies, evidence-based approaches, and human-centered insight — designed to transform disconnection into connection, whether at home, in the office, or in your community.

Take the next step and let’s explore how we can work together.

“Benjamin is such an empathetic speaker; he tailors his material to the audience, maintains connection with them, and delivers the message clearly.”
