Connection, wherever you are.
In-Person
In-person sessions are offered at a private office inside The Creative Corner in historic Westminster. This space was intentionally chosen to reflect the same values that guide the work—calm, grounded, and relational.
The Creative Corner is a collaborative and creative environment that offers a unique alternative to traditional clinical settings. The space is designed to feel welcoming and human, creating an atmosphere where meaningful conversations can happen more naturally.
Located in historic Westminster, the office provides a comfortable and accessible setting for individuals, couples, and families seeking in-person therapy.

Online
Online therapy offers a flexible and accessible way to engage in meaningful, relational work without sacrificing depth or quality. Whether you are at home, in your office, or traveling, sessions are designed to feel grounded, focused, and connected.
From where I’m sitting, the most important part of therapy is not the room—it’s the relationship. Virtual sessions create space for honest conversation, emotional exploration, and real change, all within an environment where you feel most comfortable.
Telehealth sessions are available throughout Colorado, providing the same evidence-based and relational approach as in-person care.
Cancellation policy.
Appointments are reserved specifically for you. I understand that scheduling conflicts or unexpected changes may arise. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, I kindly ask that you provide as much advanced notice as possible - a minimum of 24 hours is required to avoid the cancellation fee.
For Monday appointment, notice must be given by the preceding Friday, as weekends and holidays do not count as standard business hours when calculating cancellation noticed.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be subject to the full session fee, regardless of the reason (e.g., forgetting the appointment, illness, or last-minute schedule changes).
I am committed to extending the same courtesy to our clients. If your therapist needs to cancel an appointment, they will make every effort to provide a minimum of 24 hours’ notice, and ideally more when possible.
Please understand that late cancellations or missed appointments impact both my ability to serve you and other clients in need of care. Because your session time is reserved exclusively for you, the full fee will be charged in the event of a late cancellation.
