Where relationships repair and connection becomes possible.
What to expect.
-
Most problems in relationships aren’t caused by a lack of love, they’re caused by patterns of disconnection. My work focuses on identifying those patterns and helping couples and families reorganize around safety, responsiveness, and trust.
Using a family systems perspective, we look beyond the individual and examine the relational dynamics shaping the problem. When connection strengthens, change becomes possible.

Evidence-Based Relational Models
My work integrates several approaches that strengthen emotional connection while creating practical movement toward change.
Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT)
EFT helps couples and families understand the emotional cycles that drive conflict. By slowing down those patterns, people can respond to each other with greater safety, clarity, and connection.Solution-Focused Therapy (SFBT)
Solution-Focused Therapy focuses on strengths and forward momentum. Instead of remaining stuck in the problem, we identify what is already working and build from there.Somatic Awareness
Our bodies often register stress and disconnection before we have words for it. Somatic techniques help clients notice physical cues, regulate emotional responses, and reconnect to a sense of stability during difficult conversations.Together, these approaches support both emotional repair and practical change.

Couples, Families, and Individuals
I work with people who want to strengthen the relationships that shape their lives. That includes our relationship to our self as well!
This includes:
Couples navigating conflict, rupture, or life transitions
Families working through communication challenges
Persons experiencing suicidal thoughts or behaviors
Individuals seeking to understand relational patterns
LGBTQ+ clients and families looking for affirming, systems-informed care
My goal is not simply to reduce symptoms, but to help relationships become more stable, responsive, and connected.

I hold a Doctor of Philosophy in Couple, Marriage, and Family Therapy from Texas Tech University, an R1 research institution, and am an AAMFT Designated Clinical Fellow and Approved Supervisor through the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy (AAMFT). I am also trained and certified in the Collaborative Assessment and Management of Suicidality (CAMS). My work is grounded in evidence-based practice and shaped by a commitment to advancing relational care across clinical, organizational, and community settings.
Connection, wherever you are.
In-Person
In-person sessions are offered at a private office inside The Creative Corner in historic Westminster. This space was intentionally chosen to reflect the same values that guide the work—calm, grounded, and relational.
The Creative Corner is a collaborative and creative environment that offers a unique alternative to traditional clinical settings. The space is designed to feel welcoming and human, creating an atmosphere where meaningful conversations can happen more naturally.
Located in historic Westminster, the office provides a comfortable and accessible setting for individuals, couples, and families seeking in-person therapy.

Online
Online therapy offers a flexible and accessible way to engage in meaningful, relational work without sacrificing depth or quality. Whether you are at home, in your office, or traveling, sessions are designed to feel grounded, focused, and connected.
From where I’m sitting, the most important part of therapy is not the room—it’s the relationship. Virtual sessions create space for honest conversation, emotional exploration, and real change, all within an environment where you feel most comfortable.
Telehealth sessions are available throughout Colorado, providing the same evidence-based and relational approach as in-person care.

Book an Appointment
Take the first step toward building stronger, more meaningful relationships today. My work is grounded in the belief that connection is the intervention, creating spaces where people can rebuild safety, belonging, and dignity. When booking, please review all intake information and cancellation policies. A card is securely stored on file to reserve your session. While I do not accept insurance directly, superbills are provided for possible reimbursement.
Cancellation policy.
Appointments are reserved specifically for you. I understand that scheduling conflicts or unexpected changes may arise. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, I kindly ask that you provide as much advanced notice as possible - a minimum of 24 hours is required to avoid the cancellation fee.
For Monday appointments, notice must be given by the preceding Friday, as weekends and holidays do not count as standard business hours when calculating cancellation noticed.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be subject to the full session fee, regardless of the reason (e.g., forgetting the appointment, illness, or last-minute schedule changes).
I am committed to extending the same courtesy to our clients. If your therapist needs to cancel an appointment, they will make every effort to provide a minimum of 24 hours’ notice, and ideally more when possible.
Please understand that late cancellations or missed appointments impact both my ability to serve you and other clients in need of care. Because your session time is reserved exclusively for you, the full fee will be charged in the event of a late cancellation.
