Individual Supervision (Sliding Scale Based on Caseload)
I offer a caseload-based sliding scale to support pre-licensed clinicians at different stages of their professional development. This structure recognizes that clinicians with smaller caseloads are often earlier in their careers and may have more financial constraints, while clinicians with larger caseloads are generating greater revenue and require more advanced consultation.
Active Client Caseload Fee per Individual Supervision Hour
0–5 Clients $75
6–15 Clients $100
16+ Clients $125 (Standard Rate)
Rationale:
Early-career clinicians get accessible support
Mid-level clinicians receive structured development at a moderate rate
Full caseload clinicians pay standard professional supervision fees
Maintains ethical access while valuing your expertise and time
Group Supervision
2-Hour Group Supervision Session: $125 per person
Group supervision is designed to provide collaborative learning, peer consultation, and case discussion in a structured environment.
Pricing Structure:
Group supervision is two hours
Each participant pays the equivalent of one individual supervision hour
This allows clinicians to receive double the supervision time at a reduced cost
Encourages peer learning and professional community
